RTI 2000 Software

RTI's software allows you to remotely monitor and administrate your
Super Stat units via a web browser.

Once installed on any Windows PC the RTI2000 software will communicate with all your Super Stat units and enable you to change settings, monitor temperatures (or humidity) and provide a history graph.

Super Stat Web Interface

The pictures below display a graphical view of all your wine tanks and their Super Stats from a web browser.
Please note that any Super Stat can be integrated into the web view.
This gives you the option to view chillers, tanks, heaters or foggers on your web site.

The web interface provides all the functionality of the main software via any modern web browser (Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2 recommended)





Super Stat Software Specifications

The Front Panel Window allows a user to interact with any specific Super Stat unit in the network as if they were actually standing in front of it. The LED's and digital read-out correspond exactly to the front panel of the actual unit. Changes made from this screen are instantly sent to the actual unit, and likewise, any changes made to the Super Stat itself are quickly reflected in this screen.

The Graph Window allows users to view up to 365 days of historical data from each Super Stat unit in their network. This provides an important tool for visualizing trends which may otherwise have gone unnoticed. The Graph Window allows you to graph temperature data only, user defined data (commonly "Brix" for wineries) or a combination of the two. Many aspects of how the graph data is displayed are easily customizable using the controls provided in the toolbar.

The Table Window provides the user with a way to view information for more than one Super Stat unit at a time. The displayed data is updated continuously, so it is always up to date with the units in your network. Data values may be modified by simply clicking the mouse on a specified row which will bring up the Front Panel Window . Fields which represent LED's are displayed as graphics, for easy recognition of a unit's status.

The Layout Mode displays a graphical representation of your facility with the status of your Super Stats and the equipment that they control.

The RTI 2000 Application allows complete control and monitoring of a network of Super Stat units from a centrally located PC. A configurable log containing the operations you need to know about is constantly updated and can quickly be viewed at any time with the click of a button. Both temperature and a user-defined data value, commonly "Brix" for wineries, can be saved at specific intervals for up to a year. These values can be viewed in a graph format either separately or combined.


RTI2000 Software PC Interface Requirements

The system is IBM compatible with Windows based software. Computer control packages provide 2-way communications, graphics and alarm functions.
RS-485/232 converter required. RS-485 Network can communicate with up to 255 units.
